The gallery at Tennendo (????) features a few ladies with muscle.  It's mainly a Street Fighter fan art site with interesting pictures of a Elena & a female Alex (Ale-ko ???) from SF3, and a muscular rendition of Felicia from Darkstalkers.  It's also worth while to browse through his Oekaki for some more gems.  I've posted before about this oekaki but only recently discovered the gallery and site behind it.  For your convenience, here are links to his archives of oekaki pics which feature female muscle: ( arclog1 | arclog2 | sflog1 | rpglog1 ).  And here are the pics in the gallery that you should check out:

Found this picture at Net Game's Home Page.  He's a MMORPG fan, and has several galleries dedicated to them.  This particular picture comes from the Everquest gallery.  I love the character in the bottom right hand corner shown in the thumbnail below.  Click on the thumb for the full version.

I don't remember where I found this pic, but it was the cover for a doujinshi featuring the gals from Project Justice aka Rival Schools.  The two pictured here are Tiffany, a cheerleader, and Natsu, a volleyball player.  It stuck out in my mind because there's a bit of arm definition on Natsu.  The pic is NSFW, btw.

Dog's Canvas features some beautiful artwork of fantasy girls.  There's not much muscle here aside from a few nice abs, but it's worth a look.  Here's a few of my favorite pieces:

Ultra Gewalt is Sampeikinba's website.  He is a Japanese artist who seems to have been influenced quite a bit by Simon Bisley.  It's nice to see that he's also been influenced by Simon's penchant for depicting buff babes.  Check out Sampei's gallery.  Warning: some of the pictures depict females of the topless variety, so it may not be safe for work (NSFW).  Here are a few thumbnails with links to my favorite pics in there.

I stumbled across the gallery at Holy Immortals when looking for some Rumble Roses XX artwork.  He's got a real interesting style, and depicts some muscle on his gals.  The standard Geocities bandwidth limits apply here, so just try back tomorrow if you can't access some of these links.  There are also some NSFW pictures available at his extreme site, but not much muscle there.  Here are a few of the pics that I liked.  Click on the thumbnails for the full view:
