Art Q&A – visible to guests?

    I was wondering if it's worth making the Art Q&A forum visible to non-registered users, like how Writing Q&A is. It might entice new visitors to register, for them to actually see that there is an art section, and to increase a bit of activity there (it seems not many members peruse Art Q&A at the moment).

    Well, my rationale for hiding the art boards is that I want people to sign off that they're over 18 before they can view them.  Let me see if I can tweak that.
