I've run across an online ad a couple times this evening for Ask.com. It a square ad that says "How Can You Learn To Walk In High Heels?" at the top and there's a flash video of a woman's legs as she walks in really high heels. Her legs are awesome, nice strong calves and moderately muscular thighs. The camera starts to pan up and show her from behind in a tight blue dress. Then she falls down out of camera shot.
Her body and arms don't look all that muscular but her legs are fantastic.
The last time I ran across the ad, I was browsing snopes.com, but it might show up other places.
