Who do you think some of the best muscle artists on the web are? I'll give my top 10.
1.Debido-san (Has written great fiction. Hey, if you think about it, fiction writers ARE artists since writing is an art form)
2.Kulli (Demonic muscle and, of course, weight gain, FTW!!!)
3.Mangapredator (On DeviantART. I like how he does furry muscle and can do extreme muscle so well)
4.Iczerman (Good style. I like how he shows that muscle doesn't mean loss of feminity)
5.ArchangelDreadnaught (Good art style AND has probably made some of the most creative pics I've seen).
6.RentB (From DeviantART. I've just always been a fan of his work, especially his 7.Lilith/Morigan artwork. Succubi and muscle… what more could you want?)
8.Satsurou (His new comics are EXCELENT!!!)
9.Purikogi (Again, an artist whose style I just really enjoy. Especially the Hinata pic he drew! I personally wonder if he was inspired by the Muscle Jutsu story?)
10.Kinsyo (Drew 3 requests for me; the characters Betty Jason and Amanda/Linda McKenzie)PLEASE KEEP IN MIND!!!
You don't have to put your reasons for chosing an artist. I did because I have a problem with justifying things sometimes. It doesn't have to be just muscle either, if you feel the artist is vrey good.
Now show us your top 10!!!
June 24, 2007 at 8:58 pm #54546ze flyParticipantErr… can't choose only 10, :- but I'd say that my prefered are Red silver, Kulli, DCM, Stef, Ren, KTM, 00tree, Chris Morrison, Jebriodo, Femfortefan, Atariboy, Higalak, Gettar, Black Kusanagi, Mikazuki… 😉
Sorry that I didn't answer your question, though. 😛June 24, 2007 at 10:07 pm #54547stmercy2020ParticipantVery hard to name a top 10. As you say, writing is an artform, as well, so some of my choices have to go to authors. Further, I also have different faves depending on what purpose I'm experiencing the art for.
That said, here're some, in no particular order:
1) Tigersan (probably the single best artist out there at blending immense muscularity with amazing sensuality. I never cease to be in awe of his artwork. If only there was more of it… ;D )
2) Paul Smith (his stories, not his morphs and drawings, although those are improving as well. He clearly enjoys his motif and his ladies are inspriational to anyone who enjoys the eXtreme strength genre)
3) Angel Uriel (now if only we could get some more of the stories/backstories for his characters)
4) Satsurou (Big muscles, strong girls, funny story- what more can you ask for?)
5) Michelle Roppo (The Annie Ample stories. Need I say more?)
6) Bekkanko (Don't know if Bekkanko is still producing artwork, but the stuff he(?) made back in the day was unrivalled)
7) Mr. Shhh (Love his stories, especially HARDBODY)
8) Jeremy Wilson (Again, his stories show a vibrancy and joie-de-vivre that is frequently lacking in FM/FMG fiction and is refreshing to read.)
9) Mimi (Her stories have a maturity of style generally lacking in FM fiction. Although romance stories aren't generally my chosen fare-I'm far more of a sci-fi/adventure story buff-her writing is so textured and rich that it is a true pleasure to read.)
10) Shemuscle (Even though shemuscle no longer produces any work that I'm aware of, his PowerwomeN website was one of the first sites I ever saw that consisted of massively morphed muscular women, and it still exists)I can only pick ten? 'Cause I'd really like to add Chachibenji, Reaper0002000, Kulli/SyberStyk (fantasy muscle. Mmm.), Lingster, and MarkNew. I'm sure there are others who would go on my list if I could remember where I saw their work- there've been a number of good writers of eXtreme Strength in the past, for example, but, for the most part, the authors simply haven't been prolific enough and consistent enough (quality-wise) to make my list.
June 24, 2007 at 11:26 pm #54548LuParticipantxD Aww now ain't youse guys sweet.
I couldn't choose 10, but I can choose a top 4.
1. Chris Morrison- I just love his style to pieces, and his character designs are refreshing (especially 'cause he does humanoids as I do too- albeit more humans in general, most muscle art is left to humans or furries) and I do like to follow PCC. I still think getting a pic from him would give me some kind of heart attack.
2. Red Silver- Best damn inking I've ever seen in muscle art, and an awesome style that just screams skill at you.
3. Jebriodo- He's just awesome, that should speak for itself.
4. Atariboy- I looked at a lot of his stuff when I was starting out and he was a big inspiration, he's certainly good.As I said, keep in mind I do have plenty more I like, but these really are just top 4.
Kulli (Demonic muscle and, of course, weight gain, FTW!!!)
x_X Hon, none of my 100% original characters are demons (Freak is half, but she's not completely original to me because her father is someone else's character) but people keep thinking they're all demons.
I have to clear up that none of them are- my characters are all (excluding Yeva and AU versions) sci-fi, and they're aliens.
Also- I closed my main weight gain gallery, and though I still post some of it on FA, I rarely draw the stuff anymore (that community is AWFUL and I know I've complained about this place but that one's just insufferable). Still, if you want a file of the pics I do have (saved on my laptop, anyway), I can send you that (just email me).June 25, 2007 at 3:46 am #54549MasterRDnaParticipantXD wow.. a lot of replies!

10. CancuzJune 25, 2007 at 6:58 am #54552stmercy2020ParticipantGod, Cancuz! Haven't seen his artwork around in a dog's age. Good call, RM!
June 25, 2007 at 11:00 am #54553peirrotlunaireParticipantJebriodo always delivers. I'll add more as I think of them.
June 25, 2007 at 3:31 pm #54554AlexGKeymasterFar too many for me to say who's best, but I will give a plug to someone that impressed me long ago with his sketching skills at drawing GTSs – and the occasional Amazon buffed babe – done at a time when posted artist pictures with real talent were something of a rarity on-line – Nikko.
Some of his works are archived at http://www.giantess.com – maybe twenty or so.
