Hello everyone.

I've just read one of my favorite femuscle fanfic stories, NMGE (by debido san) and thought how the story would look like if someone else would have written it.
Therefore i decided to start a competition
You might have noticed that there is a poll above.
That is because i want you to decide which movie, anime or whatever this contest will be based on.
I'll wait some weeks for the poll till it shows a clear winner, and then everyone who wants to join in may write a short story about the chosen Chara(s) (only about 1,2 or 3 pages… really short)
Everyone will have one month to write the story and then i will create another poll where everyone may vote for the best story.
There will be a price for the winner of the contest.
I will ask some artists i know if they would draw an illustration for the winner's story. At least i will do so ^_^.
But more about that later.
I hope there will be a lot of good writers who want to join ^_^

Can we maybe choose from this list and submit our own favorite???  I find I can write better fan fic if I really like the characters and the world they live in. 

My vote was for the ladies from Firefly BTW, in which case I'd definitely be in. (Always assuming I can actually write an ending to one of my stories…  :-[)

Well my idea for this contest was to see how different writers write about the same characters… thats why i started this poll.

But well. I will write my House Md story even if it does not win XD
And i will write a story for the winning charas, too.

I really would like to read a firefly shortstory, too because i really love the charas, too.

Maybe i will start a total free-theme shortstory contest later, too ^_^

Interesting list, course the only show I'm really familiar with is eva and I've already got a fic for that (well it's mixing eva with she hulk but you get the idea) and it ain't anything you'd put in a contest. Takes me forever to write anything anyhow. Right sorry carry on.

I realize that the list could potentially be endless, but this is where my eye is lingering.

lol no… its just my bad english…
the correct word would be reward, i think
in german we have got the same word for price and reward…
what i meant was, that the writer of the ebst stroy will win something ^_^

I would certainly like to see some of these stories. How anyone could make a FMG story for House or NCIS is beyond me.

Well as i said, i'll additionally write a house story, too ^_^ no matter who wins.

At the moment it looks like Pirates and Street fighter are the most wanted themes for the constest.

For the contest itself  i would suggest one of the following options:

1st: everyone who wants to join writes a shortory about Streetfighter, the winner of the poll
or
2nd: everyone who wants to join writes a shortstory about a theme with at least 5 votes (that would be Neon Genesis Evangelion, Streetfighter, Pirates, Firefly/Serinity, DBZ or Starwars IV-VI)

What do you think is better?
I wanted to do the first one at first to have the stories compareable, but it would be to bad not to read about the other ideas, too.
So i would prefer the second one at the moment. So we got 6 Themes to choose.
