    With the development going on quite nicely (implemented rating and commenting system today), I think it’s save to say that the alpha developing is about done and we can head into beta testing in the next week or so.

    How I imagine the beta going down:
    The website will go live but the registration will be closed. I will create beta accounts, though which I will give out to authors so they can test the functions and give me feedback. Especially in spelling and grammar as I’m not native to english. Once issues are sorted out and fixed, I think we can call the beta done as well and we have a finished site.

    If you would like to help me out here and participate in the beta, please message me or respond to this thread. Like I said, authors highly preferred as they have to deal with the more important functions.

    Hey Phoenix. First off, thanks for responding to my question so quickly, and it indeed did answer it 🙂

    I was wondering if I could take part in the beta. I write frequently in my Deviantart account under the same name as on here, if you’re curious enough to take a look at what kinds of stories I usually write. Thanks in advance 🙂

    The Beta has started!

    Brawna 2.0 Beta

    I will add the domain and implement a forum for better communication if people have issues or want to become an Author. The other major thing missing is the Logo which I’m still tinkering on. Those left aside and as long as my beta testers don’t encounter massive unsolvable issues, the site is pretty much finished.

    Also, if you want to become a beta tester, message me. Authors prefered (they have to deal with more complicated stuff!). 🙂

    comment feature seems to be not working yet on the brawna2.0 so i’ll make a comment here.

    cdr, you must make sure to double-space in between paragraphs. otherwise, the entire story comes out as one huge block of type.
    (i find it impossible to read, nomatter how good the tale may be).
    so, make it easier for your readers to enjoy your writing and double-space. liberally.

    Added some double jumps.
    Is that better?
    Maybe some tools to manage the fonts sizes while reading the stories could help too.

    better, yes. more of those would make it even better still. there are still quite a few passages where the entire screen is just a block of type. as an editor as well as a reader, things like that are important to me. thank you.
