if she had transformed into this type of muscle-bound figure then I would buy the freaking book
instead they dropped female Reed Richards on Marvel fans

One might think so, but it’s not just the time (however long she’s putting in per session in the gym and how often during the week = continuity) or how seriously she applying herself to the free weights / machines, which is important, but that’s the smallest element.
The rebuilding / healing phase afterwards far more important, especially if you’re going for increased mass and strength. If you don’t eat right (not just regular food, but also supplements) and in sufficient quantities spaced throughout the day and are not getting enough solid rest, then you’re not going to get any real results, even after nine months.

Sadly, she said didn’t like how muscular she became and cut down with the workouts…:(
Alicia didn’t like it or husband Michael Fassbender doesn’t like it
Imagine that the other people in Hollywood also have a problem with muscular women as discussed in other threads
Soooo probably a bit of pressure there

Or its just too damn much hard work 24/7/365 to stay that way.
Yrs back Linda Hamilton (T2) said as much when interviewed. I imagine that’s still a factor today.
