Sadly, she said didn’t like how muscular she became and cut down with the workouts…:(

Alicia didn’t like it or husband Michael Fassbender doesn’t like it
Imagine that the other people in Hollywood also have a problem with muscular women as discussed in other threads
Soooo probably a bit of pressure there

Or its just too damn much hard work 24/7/365 to stay that way.

Yrs back Linda Hamilton (T2) said as much when interviewed. I imagine that’s still a factor today.[/quote]

Wait a min,…they are training for a role and then ironically that’s hard work
Maybe it would be alot but doesn’t seem to bother WWe superstars&other girls who personal train more than actors do

The difference is, WWE stars have to perform on the road. If they let themselves get out of shape, they increase their chances of getting hurt. Just like athletes who play sports train all the time, so do WWE stars.

Acting is not the same thing. When you’re acting, you’re only training for ONE role. Sometimes you have to play an emaciated character, sometimes you have to play a fat character, and sometimes you have to play a normal character. Actors need to stay lean and healthy, but being muscular will deprive the of roles not give them more.

Those aren’t 55 pound plates. They are bumper plates, similar to these:

Her plates are probably in the 10-25 pound range.
