I never saw it, but does anybody have any screengrabs of Buff?  From what I understand, she was indeed quite buff

Yeah I saw it, too bad they didn't make the series of it.

There's only one short scene in which her buffness shows, because she thinks her muscles are gross.  Even that scene is disappointing.  But here it is: http://www.keepmyfile.com/download/262f8f694314 (Quicktime format, .mov)

Thanks, yaracyrrah80.  I have to agree, it's really not that well done… kinda funny, really.  One second she's huge and then they… kind of don't try to hide the fact that it isn't even remotely the same person we were seeing just a second ago, and she's just a normal sized girl.  Well, I guess it's the best they could do with their budget.  😀

That what I thought when I saw the clip: "Oh, they so used a body double (stand-in, whatever) in that back shot!"

It was almost like the times in Buffy when she utilised her little known power to briefly become a 200lb stuntman!

They had a budget? I thought the crew just pooled whatever they had in their wallets at the time.

After seeing that clip I'm not sure if you're joking or not :p.  The slightly disturbing thing about that clip is the body double is a guy.  Hope no one could too turned on by it..

Ok, this is interesting. The actress who played the (unbuff) Buff is named Suzanne Davis. So I ran an image search on Google for her and the first picture in the results was for an FBB named Suzanne Davis!

Also, I found another clip of the preview/commercial for it. There are multiple CGI effects. They had a budget. They just decided to spend it on laser blasts and elastic arms etc. Though granted this is from 1996. CGI was not as capable as it is now, and the costs for a kick ass effect were likely beyond their budget. Still, that was lame. They certainly could have just paid attention to their camera angles and had the actress conceal her real body with the sweat shirt. They also could have had the props department slap together a bodysuit that she could have worn under her clothes to emulate muscle bulges. Heck, even in 1996 you could buy prefabricated "muscleman" Holloween costumes, bulges already included.
