Buff woman in Gundam Reconguista in G

    Actually one of the better muscular women I’ve seen in anime, she’s drawn like a woman! Who’d have thought it.

    She’s seen doing a couple of pull-ups in her cockpit. In space. Even though there’s usually no simulated gravity in the Gundam mechas. Either way, it seems to be doing her good.

    This is from episode 19 of the show, she seems like a very minor character so not sure how much we’ll be seeing of her. The show is… well I don’t think it’s very good, and while some people seem to claim it’s a very popular Gundam, the fanbase has not really been keeping up with it as far as I can see. Anyway, strong lady, yay.

    Nice find. I downloaded that episode. At what time frame does that happen at, and is that the only time they show her during that episode and the show so far?

    The scene where she’s doing pull-ups is around 12:45. I don’t know about anything else, though.

    Searching the Web I found that her name is Chickara Dual and she is the pilot of the Gundam mobile unit Gastima. There’s nothing much about her right now since this was her first appearance.

    Right that’s her name, so many dumb names get thrown around in this show it’s hard to keep track.

    To be honest there’s not much information about many of the G-Reco characters as no one really seems to care so much in the West. I’m still a couple episodes behind so I’ll report back if there’s any more of her.

    She’s also the 2nd muscular woman to appear in a Gundam series, the first being one of the Moonrace descendants in the criminally underrated Turn-A.
