Again, the buffed She-Hulk – this time some appearances in the short lived Heroes For Hire series by Marvel.
When there’s trouble in the neighborhood, who’s the FBI gonna call – She-Hulk(busters). 😉
Sources: Heroes For Hire – Issues #8, #12 and #17

I have to say my favorites are the first and last…Thanks a lot!
August 15, 2005 at 12:56 am #11203jdm022ParticipantHey, Debido…no reason to be embarrased. The 16yr old kid behind the counter really doesn't give a damn. Trust me, 15 years ago, I was one of those kids, more worried about the party that night than what some guy bought twenty customers ago. Trust me, just march in and buy whatever the hell you want.

He's exactly right, in my many years at collecting comics I've never once had any problems with my personal selections. In fact, the owner of the store that I currently patronize is very aware of my interests, and will point out a particular title/issue if he thinks I've missed it for its "proper" Amazonian coverage.
On the flip side, the only times I ever had the check out person (interestingly enough usually female, rather then male) give me a "What the – you actually like these women expression" was when I first started buying Women's Physique World magazine off the news stand. Needless to say, after more then a few years of diligent weight training under my belt that stopped, whenever I picked up a copy someplace they naturally assumed that I must be purchasing it for my girlfriend / wife. So go figure. 😎

~ Mark Twain / Samuel Clemens (1907)August 15, 2005 at 5:20 pm #11205The_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantThe last time someone openly question my's purchase of a female muscle magazine (which, juxtaposely enough, was for an other person too embarressed to by it themselves) was most amusing.
It from a newangency a few doors down from a gentleman's club/strip venue/high class brothel that I's worked at, so it was a place which I's frequented regularly, and a patron (who was trying to impress his wife/girlfriend) actually had the gaul to call I a "pervert" for my's choice in reading material.
To which I's merely looked him in eye, quoted the last 10 pornographic magazines that I's had observed him buy over the course of several days (dates included), what fetish he was currently enjoying (schoolgirl/principle dress-up fantasies) and how many times (again, including dates and times) he had visited my's work place over the course of a month.
Needless to say, not much was said my's purchase and, though he was muched angered and embarrassed, he thought twice about entangling I in combat.
The only repercusion was I's almost lost my's job at the venue but that was well worth effort in order to expose a hypocrite such as that man.
Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackAugust 15, 2005 at 9:19 pm #11206AlexGKeymasterSo you too, huh? 😉 (joking here)
On one hand I don't want this to go too far astray off topic for this particular forum, but on the other hand this is one of those moments that this in-and-of itself as a topic probably deserves some more commentary. Just as a suggestion I would suggest that someone, such as yourself, Sir TPNB, begin a thread on this topic in the Female Muscularity: Society and Media forum. If you want to jump start it, you could even cut and paste copies of the last couple of posts . . . 😎
