    We caught that episode.  My mother came in and said, "Good heavens….you need to stop going to the gym."…  typical reaction…  meanwhile, she could stand to goto the gym herself…but I'm not going to say something about it because that's how she's chosen to live….

    Valerie looked great and I enjoyed the show.
