    Just a suggestion, but you might want to use a digital camera mounted onto a tripod.  Might take a bit of tweaking to square it up fully, but that's what I've used in the past for super-oversized posters etal.  You can make any post-shoot corrections (resizing, brightness, sharpness, etc) with whatever computer picture processing program you're using.  8)

    My camera has a function that allows for an image shot on a table to be "squared-off" so that it looks like it's on a wall.  I haven't used this function yet, so I can't vouch for how well it works.
