Very awesome!  Though I was a little less-than-pleased with some of your character redesigns as of late, I must say I'm very happy with this picture. 😀

I've done the dynamic clothing growth thing.  It's fairly cool but the trick is to set friction levels very low, otherwise the clothing tries to grow with the model.  It's also important to use good clothing textures, which is an area I've fooled around with quite a bit.  What works a LOT better is shrinking.

Also very cool is boob bouncing, because dynamic fabric reacts in a very natural fashion to that.
