Just ballpark numbers, but if we assume she weighs 135 pounds, then 185 pounds would be 137% of her bodyweight. And it looks like she could have done another. Maybe one guy in 100 can do 137% of his bodyweight on bench, among men who lift regularly maybe one in 10? I’d say getting above 120% of bw is something the majority of men who lift never really attempt, especially after their early 20s.
Among women? Extremely rare. The vast majority of women who lift for years never even bench their bodyweight, much less 137% of it. She’s pretty extraordinary.
