Broke in my new scanner with this piece, which I’m sure you catgirl folk will enjoy. 😀 Here, the eternal struggle between cats and dogs just became drastically one-sided, and our pink-haired nekogirl attempts to intimidate her mortal enemy, the inugirl, with an impressive threat display. Apparently, milk DOES do a body good….either that, or a truckload of steroids. :p

Love how you can infuse humor into your artwork while utilizing as little frames as possibleThe face is just priceless and the body seems to really display the contempt quite nicely.
July 16, 2005 at 6:15 pm #792810-4ParticipantI’m curious as to why the paper looks green? Something wrong with the scanner? Or are you using green paper for this drawing?
July 16, 2005 at 8:50 pm #7929Matthew LimParticipantReally great stuff Otto. It’s a shame I don’t have my Wacom, otherwise I’d probably be jumping on coloring that image.

Scanner’s usually do that when you do full color scans on linework. The most likely situation is that the software for Otto’s new scanner doesn’t have an automatic level adjustment like mine.

Ashlee-Chan(^-^)‘Payback’s a bitch’ was kinda the overall concept behind the pic. Originally I’d figured that catgirl had been much smaller and thinner than the inugirl, and had been brutalized to hell and back by her. Hard to say how she turned the tables, though she’s apparently also grown in height as well as thickness. :p
