    I guess they wont have the actresses faces on the bodys hopefully they have a transformation scene and they show the actresses buldging

    I don't know – I think it's pretty likely they'll put the Charmed heads on the bodybuilder bodies.  Otherwise it makes no sense at all.

    It's official.

    Here's the summary for the "Hulkus Pocus" episode on the
    official Charmed/Paramount website:

    The help of Charmed Ones is enlisted by Agent Murphy (Brandon Quinn)
    when a demon escapes from the government's custody. They discover that
    a government-created virus is spreading amongst magical beings causing
    them to "hulk out." After Billie is scratched by a demon and becomes
    infected with the virus, Piper and Leo race against time to find an
    antidote to save her life.

    Tell you what I find ironic.

    Marvel (re)launches a new She Hulk title that essentially
    de-emphasizes the transformation aspect of the character.
    I'm assuming that besides the personal preference of the
    writer, it's also an attempt to appeal to a more mainstream
    readership. 

    So along comes Charmed, which — since it's on prime time
    television — has to be considered mainstream.  And what's
    happening to the characters?  They're going to "Hulk out."

    Ive been thinking since its a virus i hope the change is gradual then an explosive final change thatd be cool aswell i think
