ParticipantNow, before the mods get itchy with the ban button, please understand this topic is not, repeat is not about written depictions of sex with minors.
Rather it's about written depictions of violence against minors. This was inspired by a topic on anothe message board. It basically asked if violence in a videogame was more horrible if it's commited against a child?
Now consider your favorite amazon story. Did the feature character seriously maim/hurt anyone? Did you it think it was sexy? Obviously some like the idea of a strong woman using her big muscles to prove her physical superiority. and if the weak can't survive the proving, so be it. Next victim.
But what if that victim was a kid no older than say sixteen…or thirteen? What if s/he hadn't even seen their tenth birthday yet?
How young is too young before "…his fists pounded uselessly against her steel thighs. She lauged to herself as her flexing destroyed his puny body…" loses it's appeal?

ParticipantAny age, for me. I find stories of violence for violence sake to be uninteresting. As a caveat, though, I've enver seen a story where the woman is beating up on children, It's usally a younger woman, or even girl, beating up on men.

Well, I think that depends. If it's a fighting game, who really cares right? it's just a fighting game and the boy can defend himself, he was made into the game to be a legit fighting character. And there isn't any kids in Mortal Kombat to use finishing moves on, so it's all good.
If it's something like GTA gunning down a child for fun gangland style or vice versa, then that's too far for even me.

Okay, I'll admit I occasionally like reading stories like those, though I lose interest when it comes to killing. Ahem. *cough*.
Moving on.

Never had any appeal for me. I think the overall feel of amazon stories or muscle fiction in area of domination, is about a dominance or superiority in some manner over someone atleast mature and responsible because, well, near any adult can beat up a kid. Especially a buffed out amazon. Big deal. Besides for me, that's probably another line I wouldn't cross.

I agree. I want muscle women and men to coexist peacefully, not in one-sided battles where the woman always kills the man or physically/mentally scar him. Plus I'm not into fiction on the internet as much. What I've heard about Muscle girl fiction..well, 98% of it….I don't wanna go into reading that. I have read Airnel's Ligaya, but that's it.

ParticipantYeah, I agree with you guys, I'm not into domination or snuff stories, I like more where the girls and guys do things for each other because of a feeling of love or admiration between the two. As far as children, I'm generally against them being dominated, beaten or killed, but I'm all for them being muscular and strong, just as long as they use that power for good.

If there was a smiley with a high five, I'd put it here.

ParticipantViolence againast childern is always bad period.
But lets take it a step further story wise, sweet pea can eat spinach and make a muscle and save Popeye and olive from a Press machine thats Ok , But a little girl doing that, its consider offenceive.
a little girl being beaten up by a mugger which triggers a Latent Mutant power, to protect herself is Offenceive How?Or in a video Game a little girl with aide of her teddy bear,
defeat combatants.And that offenceive How?
its the contxet of the story, Of good vs evil
that I like.November 29, 2006 at 10:21 am #42092CaptMalcomReynolds
ParticipantI'm not a fan of having minors be the protagonist in any story. I prefer the protagonists to be 18+.
Personally, imagining a child with superhuman physicality is strange to me and in a negative and unhealthy way (the phed word). Since most of the stories posted here are definately centered on a muscular fetish which 99% of the time has overt or covert sexual undertones it seems to me that transferring those attributes to a child is almost like using this forum to merge a muscular fetish with other deviant fantasies which 99% of the population doesn't condone (the phed word again).
There are some authors who post stories on here that I won't read because I know they have interest in or a history of posting stories that often involve underage characters. Of course, I reserve that right to choose and express my opinion without pointing to anyone by name. *shrug*

KeymasterAmaz0ns policy is no sexually explicit material involving minors may be posted to Amaz0ns. If a story was posted featuring torture or physical abuse of children, I'd delete it and caution the author against any future posts with similar content.
Since I am expressing my executive decision on this matter there is no further need for discussion.
