    I'm sure that you (unlike me) have subsciptions to HerBiceps, but, in case anyone else hasn't, there's a cool clip of Cindy Phillips armwrestling on YouTube that was originally posted on HerBiceps.  By the way, it gives the lie to the suggestion that I read that suggested that her voice had dropped worryingly – she sounds very feminine. 8)
