    Could we focus on Cindy a bit more?  This racing is a pretty serious tangent to get off on.
    After reading her blog today, I feel horrible for her. Nasty comments on her blog can't help.  Constructive criticism is fine, but you better have earned your right to give instruction in this area.  I feel that as long as she thinks she is a bodybuilder rather than a professional webcam model/actress/whatever, it isn't sensible for her to base her workouts focus on feedback from us shmoes.

    Sorry Bo, it's my fault.  Could I just quickly correct MrGone, though – it's Michelle MOUTON, not Mutton. 
    Back on topic now – it seems that Cindy's body is brilliant at adding mass and strength, but she seems to struggle with getting the BF %age down for contests.  I have read people who think that it has to do with being so young – older FBBs apparently say that they find it slightly less dificult to get shredded as they get older.  Then again, I get the feeling sometimes that judges get obsessed about separation and cuts and forget about muscle fullness and shape; I would be interested to see what happened if Cindy turned-up with perhaps 1-2% higher BF but with a fuller look.  Problem is, she really wants to win the Canadian Nationals, and this experiment would probably prevent that.
    Perhaps her body is more suited to something else?  Strongwoman, powerlifting etc.  What do we think?

    BTW stmercy – just read your comment in Cindy's journal – that's a really lovely thing to say. 😉

    Alex – I might have become infatuated with Debra Haley, but that doesn't mean that Cindy doesn't still have a very special home in my heart.  She's looking incredible here, and what I can't understand is that, in her blog the other day, she was worrying that she wasn't looking ripped! 😮 ::)  If that's not ripped and incredibly sexy, I don't know what is!
    It'll take a VERY special physique to beat her – no, make that an OTHERWORLDLY physique.  Do you know who she'll be up against?

    No, I don't have any problem with you posting an update from her blog, indeed far from it.  However, couldn't you have asked her to strip off the T-shirt . . .  😉
