Everyone is so focused on BIGGER, I on the other hand focus on BETTER! 😮

Reading her blog entry, I'd suggest that if her gym's hrs don't always fit in with her schedule, time then to invest in a decent pocket gym in the home for those days that she needs to lift, but can't get to the iron dungeon downtown.

as for the gym, she should do as you suggest. I was stunned when her previous local gym failed to help her at all. You'd have thought that having a Pro as a regular would be worth its weight in gold, but evidently not.
