    I read on-line that Cindy Phillips is 5 foot 1 inch tall.  Does anyone know if that is true or not? 

    Anyone ever meet her in peson?

    She's pretty short, most body builders who have a good degree of thickness to them tend to be short.

    Short body builders are,

    Jodi Miller, Cindy Phillips, Britt Miller, Brenda Raganot etc.

    Where as

    Shawna Walker, Amber De Luca, Shawn Tan, are much much taller.

    yes, that is true.  They can add more mass to a smaller area and get faster results!

    I saw on line in an old article.  That Cindy Phillips is 5 foot 1 inch tall.  Does anyone know if that true?  Or if you have met her in person is she that tall?

    Yes, they do seem on average to be quite short.  Sorry, I can't think of anything more to say! ::) ;D

    She can pack a lot of muscle into that small frame.

    I saw her in a clip once where she was in off season, shoulders bulging, her muscles stretching around her upper frame, it was awesome.

    I can of dig the taller bodybuilders more though, like Pedigo, Jessica Work, etc.

    Another to add to your list would be Lesa Lewis, who is not only on the tallish side @ 5'-10", but at the peak of her career was thick as a symetrical 200 pound brick.  😉  ;D  😮  8)

    Where as
