Actually, it's not all that unusual to see that in a gym setting.  To save on money for w/o clothing many lifters will buy second-hand shirts and sweats at garage sales, then cut off the sleeves.  It gives you a better range of motion, which is especially important for those with larger proportioned physiques.

So I moved it from SH Artwork Commissions.  Nothing big, I’m use to heavy lifting . . .  😉  8)
