KeymasterThanks anyway. I'm fairly certain all will be revealed in due course on her blog page and/or by Tre Scott, who seems to have the inside track on all things FBBing.
Apparently, Lindsey Cope also got hitched, recently, or so TS reported last wk.

Oh, and that's a common enough happenstance with all BM encounters – that and a mesmeric effect that leaves one breathless.
(Or at least, I'm given to understand that, used it with the superheroine character that I, physique-wise, based upon the aura of the incomparable BM.

And some bad news. Cindy is in pain, seems to have developed a possible herniated disk in her low back. Read the rest of her blog post for details.

Poor thing! She seems to have had bad luck ever since winning that Pro card. Still, at least she has hubbie-to-be to kiss it better LOL!
Alex – you're the BBing expert round here – do you think this possible disc problem may have to do with her training?December 20, 2008 at 7:36 pm #31355GWHH
ParticipantIN her blog she says she up to 170lbs!! So great!

Keymaster. . . do you think this possible disc problem may have to do with her training?
Since she didn't say, could be/maybe or maybe not.
Aside from unforeseen accidents having nothing to do with gym work, if I were to venture a guess, one of the three she might have been doing that caused it would be full body deadlifts, squats or overhead pressing. They all put a great deal of fatigue/strain on the lower back. For good core strength its one of the reasons you need to put as much work in on the hyper-extension bench (or as an alt, stiff-legged lifts) for the lower backside as you do working the abs for the lower front side of the body.
Regardless, it’s all speculation on my part. She might have been over training too heavy for too long. Could possibly have misjudged the amount of weight, or had her form ever so slightly out of balance. Positioning the placing of your footing in equal and even form, especially in squats and deadlifts is critical.

It could also be the case that she has hit her natural physical limit. Genetics gives everyone a different max and she may have found hers.
