    I was just on facebook and swear I saw an ad with cindy’s photo attached for some financial company. I saw it twice, then it cycled away I guess. Is it possible this is legit?

    It is possible they just took a random photo from the net, and it happened to be her.

    I suppose they could’ve done that, but it would have to be with her permission, right?

    I’m no genius or lawyer, but I would think that either the photographer or she would own the copyright to the image.

    You might think that, but it happens a lot with weight lose ads. They just take peoples photos from dif forums.

    if you upload a pic on any facebook twitter myspace and a lot other you have declared to loose copyright….thats one of the reasons i never use this
