AlexGKeymasterPeople . . .
Keep in mind that at a certain point they might not want to continue to stay jacked up and choose to unplug themselves before any serious side effects, unwanted and irreversible, start to take ahold.
Or it might be just a matter of wanting to explore other possibilities, other than competition BBing.
You sacrifice so much of your life – time, effort, resources, relationships, etc. The dedicated tunnel vision required, 24/7/365, to stay the course and for so little or no reward gained, especially monetarily speaking. Then there’s having to exist in the real world, which for the vast majority of people don’t accept the concept of muscularity + women, seeing it as a freakishly bizarre pursuit for a woman to take up in the first place.

Participantbodybuilding is nothing for people without discipline !
if she prefer party and eating shit, fine, but she should keep her mouth shut and not badmouth others that follow discipline and not badmouth the sport of fbb…
its allways a problem if people try to substitute bad discipline with drugsJanuary 19, 2012 at 8:31 am #105792Mimi
ParticipantKhuddle,
You are correct, sweetie. Katka Kyptova is bowing out as she turned down a shoot with us at the Arnold. At first she was interested, but changed her mind.

ParticipantYou know, I really don’t get why so many of my fellow members are so negative about the move to the physique category. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m not a purist about FBBing as many here are; maybe it’s that I’m a Brit and somehow have a more “European” attitude to these things; I don’t know. I just don’t see it as a problem. Yes, it does mean a reduction in muscularity (though if you compare the average physique competitor to the average woman on the street, the reduction is actually tiny, comparatively-speaking), but look at the advantages; fewer Ving Rhames voices, less acne, fewer square jaws, more attractive offseason shots because the women are likely to keep their looks, and, the biggest advantage of all; the remote chance that female muscularity may become popular again.
