According to her most recent blog posting our Amazon Princess suffered an injury, so she's going to be taking a short break from working out at the gym.  You might want to post her a best wishes and get well quickly on her blog . . .  8)

Hmm, yes, her injury problems do seem rather worrying- I hope this doesn't prove to be a long-term problem.:'(  The Nova Scotia Knockout deserves her place in the professional FBB world, so let's hope this doesn't prove to be a stumbling-block!

In addition to my previous comment, I'd like to ask fellow Amaz0ns members, in particular those who work-out or who are experts in this field (where is Pimp NeonBlack when you need him? ;D) what they think of some of the comments left to Cindy's blog when she mentioned her injury?  Has she been training too hard or incorrectly, do you think?  Is her injury one that might be reasonably expected in a 23 year-old FBB?
