ParticipantExcellant piece Gettar
??? I don't understand…Tricep fles? People only usually look at the bicep more. How can a tricep flex?
Easy. The biceps muscle curls the arm the triceps extend it. You only get really nice double biceps flexes when the triceps flex opposing the curling motion. This gives the arm the bulge downward to mirror the peak of the biceps.
Also the triceps make up 2/3rds of the upper arm muscle mass.November 15, 2006 at 3:14 pm #43098gettar82

if you flex the arm the bicep bulge, if you extend the arm the tricep bulge, they are complementar 🙂
the same thing happens for legs (but i'm ignore this musclepack'names :P)
pheraps you is confused because in art the women often are drawing with every muscle flexed at the same time (it' a little impossible ;D) ghghghYour girls are just so cute I wanna hug them as long as they promis not to crush me … to much 😉
if YOU promise to be a gentleman… ::)

Hamstrings don't exsist? LOL just messing with you. Yes the all mighty ham is usually over looked. I think this is because it's not quite as pleasing to the eye.

In the back of the leg, kinda just below your butt and goes all the way to the knee. it's kinda like the leg's bicep (in the sense that the triceps are the extenders of the arms, and biceps are the flexers of the arms).
I think so, at least…Tree's right, the hamstring is overlooked lol. But if I can recommend one FBB to look at for reference of the leg muscles, it'd be Heather Policky…How did we get onto legs anyways?

Thanks, Debido! And thank you Tree for the references! No I should try to make some tricep flex pics or hamstring flex pics.
