Tomorrow I'll be buying my first set of Cokin filters and accessories. Most of my lenses are good for the A -series. They say it's good for 35mm. and above on the foca length. But my most recent lens is an AF 28-80 mm. So according to Cokin's website, the P-series is more appropriate.

What I don't understand is this: can I just use the P-series for all my lenses, even for my 100mm and 80-210mm. zoom lens? I shouldn't risk vignettes at all with the P-series because it's bigger. But what affect with it have on my 100mm. and 28-210mm lens? Cokin's brochure isn't very clear.

There's no point discussing it. I just bought the P-series. I'll try them on my long range telephoto lens and see how it turns out. Merry Christmas, y'all.  :-

    P.S. Nikon rules.
