there is a game (an old one i think) but it's called NeverWinter NIghts and in the beginning you could choose to create your charcater, body, hir, portrait, tattoos, ever the voice.  in both male and female character, you could choose two body types.  the female one doesn't look have bad if you choose the bigger body limited, but nevertheless a good game.

I have that game & tried the "bigger" model.

She just looks fat to me.  😥

It's doesn't matter. It is just looking good. Specially when you choose the Elven female.  ;D ;D

I agree… the only one that looks normal in that body is the half-orc. The rest just look obese. (And the half-orc looks ridiculous in the thin-body that is "normal" for the other races.)

Neverwinter Nights 2 allows you to control the length, width, and height of just about every creature and placeable to a remarkable degree. You can have true titans in it.

BUT through some monstrous oversight, all the bodies are completely clothed. No way to make chainmail bikinis or shirtless barbarians.

And the module maker is an absolute bitch to use, compared to nwn1.

Decent Hak paks are still months away too, goddammit.

There was supposed to be a code you could use to change the character appearance in-game.  Depending on the numerical designation you used, you could make your character look like any kind of giant, a dryad or nymph, or even Aribeth (from the main campaign's early chapters) or the Valsharess (from Hordes of the Underdark).  You didn't get any changed stats or anything, just the appearance was different (and while the "fat/thin" settings didn't translate into the changes, you could make your character look male or female regardless of their actual gender).  There's probably a cheats/hints page online somwhere that mentions what the code (and designations) are, but I can't remember where it is.

Mods would probably do it, if I had any interest in the game I'd easily do it for you guys, but I don't really want to pick it up.
