    I've just found a very positive and encouraging article promoting weight training for women that I thought you might be interested in.

    My favourite reason that she gives is the following:

    Strength = Confidence

    I’ve always had a sneaking suspicion that the reason men always seem so confident is because they’re physically strong. Walking around feeling the strength in your body is very empowering.
