    dana linn bailey will be on american ninja warrior this year. she will be on the orlando episode. here is a clip of her preparing and just before filming of the show. they are not allowed to tell us how she did. heres hoping for some serious muscle showing and hopefully she did good enough to advance to next round.

    Honestly kinda surprised more Bodybuilders havent auditioned before
    REALLY surprised more Cross Stitchers havent competed
    Though i wonder how come dana linn wasnt doing her tryouts in Dallas
    Did she move from Texas??

    it’s not all about the muscle. Ninja warrior is more about agility and balance than it is about strength. That’s why I think the best competitors would be gymnastics people and others who are used to staying balanced on their feet. There’s some strength feats yes, but it doesn’t surprise me that cross fit people haven’t signed up for it.

    On the other hand, popular consensus is that Rock Climbing is one of the best things you can do to prepare.

    Meagan Martin, who’s now completed the qualifying course twice is one such climber. Video is, I’m sure to come, but let’s start with this. B)

    Back in early 90s when Gladiator was in, the Gladiators had big women but the competitors are usually skinny and athletic type. Big muscular women usually loses.

    monday june 22 is when they show the orlando episode. lets hope they show dana linn (they sometimes just fast forward some competors) lets hope she gives a good muscle flex before and after her run. those that know how to add videos on here i hope can provide us all with footage if there is any to provide.
