We always hear things from the male perspective “well, if you make a lot of money, are pretty good looking, have a good personality, are strong and dominant, trust me, you’ll land the babe of your dreams.”
And yet the female take (this coming from a pretty desirable female, too) is very different.November 13, 2013 at 9:46 pm #117535AlexGKeymasterNot sure what the 2nd link has to do with dating a muscle girl,..

first off, roughly 6.3% of women lift weights. that does not make them serious lifters or fitness girls, that only makes them girls who work out, think: the average girl at the gym. The serious ones, those who might think of going as far as competing are an even smaller demographic. Probably less than 1%
No matter what they say, they ARE NOT easy to approach. You can almost only talk to them at the gym, because well… that’s pretty much all the “free” time they have, and for most of them, that time is spent either with a personal trainer or “don’t talk to me” headphones. Unlike the other 99% of women in their twenties or thirties, they don’t party late and they don’t get drunk much if they (ever) go to a happy hour and they don’t just hang out by the door of their office building having a smoke.
They don’t eat out much but they spend quite their share of time in the kitchen preparing or eating their 6 meals per day. If you didn’t get it, you’re not invited in their kitchen yet. And then they take a nap, in their bedroom or on their couch, both of which are still off limits to you.
And then, there is the matter of personal preferences. Like every other woman in the world, the female fitness girl has a type. They probably say they don’t but… they do, they just don’t always realize it. So even if you find the perfect occasion to break the ice with the bodybuilder of your dreams, you might not be her type. You have roughly as much chance to be her type as you have a chance to be any other girl’s type on an average day. so go for it, who knows, maybe she’s one of your 18% success rate at picking up women… Oh wait, we have to adjust for the fact that she’s not drunk… 11%
The good part is that the one next to her might think you’re cute! But forget her too, she’s seen you drool over her friend and she’s too proud to take second place. You like women who compete? Well these girls are competitive. And they are few, and they all know each other…
Let’s say you won the lottery and you’ve been on enough dates to bang her and she wants to be exclusive… Great! now you’re invited to those long hours of cooking tasteless lean chicken and mid-afternoon napping. If you’re like me and you’re also in the lifestyle (meaning you work out seriously, eat clean… almost as clean as she does…) but you just don’t compete and don’t use steroids. (although she might) You might hang in there for a while, and not feel like you always have the crappiest time. Awesome!
But like every person, and every relationship… It can fail. Now look at your relationships track record, how long have you been happy with someone and how many of your past partners fit that category? Because it probably won’t be any different this time. She may have the body of your dreams (and you may or may not be an athletic person, doesn’t matter as long as she doesn’t care and as long as you can deal with her lifestyle) but both of you have bad habits and annoying personality traits, different ambitions maybe… What happened the last time these things came up? The relationship failed. This one is just as likely to fail as the other ones before it.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t dream of finding you perfect mountain of female muscle, I’m saying it takes WAY MORE LUCK than it takes dating advice. Bodybuilders, like most women have needs and getting in their pants is always feasible but like any other women, making it last is the real challenge and in their case the opportunity comes less than once in a thousand.

The basic conclusion was there were only two types who had a shot: 1) male bodybuilders 2) personal trainers of some repute ie. trainers who actually train bodybuilders of both sexes and who are considered experts in their field.
There are just too FEW female bodybuilders out there for the average male to have much success. Its like trying to date siamese twins.
