Desktop motion capture software.

    Can anyone recommend some good free software that will make video recordings of the activity on your computer desktop?

    I am wanting to attempt a tutorial video. It will need the ability to record hours of footage in one take, and must allow me to patch into the sound devices so I can narrate. Remember… free.

    I tried CamStudio 2.5b1 and it cannot record at length.
