    Slightly off topic, but it does have SOME relevance as there are a ton of pages devoted to female muscle on deviant art: are the rest of you experience incredibly load times for deviant art pages? I have a pretty fast computer and fast internet access, andd the rest of the web is fine, but deviant art pages take forever to load for some reason.

    DevArt is usually no problem for my computer, it loads just as fast as pages here and elsewhere.  But on occasion, it just spazzes out (I get a notice that Adobe's trying to load, for no reason I can discern…it might have something to do with the junk at the bottom of their pages) and then my browser freezes up and has to be closed.

    DA isn't a problem if you have a subscription that gets rid of all the advertisements.  With the ads loading, it slows waaaay down.  My computer is old and I need a subscription otherwise those ads make it crash…  :-

    That's probably what it is for me, too…I don't have a subscription, but I only occasionally visit (usually when FTF10 or someone here posts about a notable contribution).  The ads or whatever apparently don't always mess with my comp, but on the random instances when they do, the browser basically blows up.

    Suggestion: Download mozilla firefox, and search for a few of the ad-blocking extensions available on their website.

    No-script is one of my favorites, even if you have to turn it off for what friendly sites you visit, it effectively blocks all the bright flashing side frame ads that hurt your performance.
