Liked her in the Fast series, but a Diana she does not make.

Unless she puts on crazy pounds / mass.

Cause last time I checked, Di isnt 12 pounds when wet.

Who I’d cast? I would love to see a real FBB play the part like Kim Chizevsky or Lindsay Mulazzani, but Hollywood would get too freaked out. Can’t you hear studio execs squeal, ” Wonder Woman with muscles? EEEWWW! We can’t sell THAT!” Sad, really sad. As will this film.

I wouldn’t cast her. She’s too thin and, more importantly, her acting resume is even thinner. This could be a plumb role and you need someone who can handle it. Anyone can bulk up enough if they do the workouts (WW doesn’t have to look like a bodybuilder) but the acting is the key part. If she bombs you can kiss all hopes of this character’s screen presence progressing, especially after the disastrous TV attempt.

She was in the Israel military (active duty at least two years) so at least she done SOEMTHING else in life other than model and be an actor. That counts for a lot in my book!

Knowing that what this little Batman and Superman boys’ club could use is a woman’s incapacitating touch, Zack Snyder’s Man Of Steel: Blackety Black, Don’t Talk Back (To Batman) has officially cast Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in the sequel that is still almost two long, blog-filling years away. The former Miss Israel turned Fast & Furious star had been on the shortlist alongside Olga Kurylenko and Elodie Yung, eventually convincing Warner Bros. and Snyder that they were just waiting for Gadot, and that she was the one to rescue Diana Prince from an increasingly hilarious history of failed attempts to bring her back to the screen. (Perhaps it helped that Gadot spent some time in the Israeli Army.) It’s still unknown how large of a role Wonder Woman will actually play in a movie that’s also expected to feature an appearance from the Flash, as the sequel makes its obvious overtures toward setting up a Justice League film. But in the broader spectrum that is the comic-book universe, Gadot is already playing a significant starring role, in debates over whether her breasts are big enough. Welcome to the rest of your life, Gal Gadot.

I would cast Lolo Jones. She is very pretty, feminine, strong and tall! As far as race, they did worse casting Samuel Jackson for Nick Fury.

I cant say Im familiar with her at all, but from the main pic they give for her on that link, shes Really thin looking. Lord knows I wasnt expecting an FBB or even a fitness girl to be WW, but I was kinda hoping for someone that was voluptuously shapely and athletically strong (ala Gina Carrano). Heres hoping she puts on some major pounds AND more important, the DCMU WW outfit doesnt look like CRAP.
