I was posting on another topic and this subject popped back into my mind. I have a younger cousin who's 18 and he is totally uncomfortable around a fit female or a girl with bigger muscles than he. He works out and is pretty lean, but he's not a big kid, he's about 5'7" 135 pounds or so. He doesn't even want to meet a woman with bigger muscles than he has. He thinks its gross.
The reason I brought it up is because his younger sister(16 years old) has been a dancer all her life and she does actually have bigger muscles than he and they are pretty defined. This sounds like the begginning of a story, but its the God's honest truth. So since my cousin wouldn't come near this forum on a dare, I'll vote for him. There is at least 1 thin guy that I know who gets spindly around muscular girls.

I think that some men would be intimidated. I know I am especially if the woman is aggressive in her speech.

I'm not – when I'm in a presence of a muscular woman I'm usually somewhat awed, and very respectful of her dedication to her body.

However, I knew a guy in high school who was smaller than me (I'm 5'9, 150 pounds), and his sister's bicep was literally bigger than his thigh.  Naturally this kid was intimidated by her because when you have a sibling rivalry you're looking for every advantage over them you can get.  He didn't have any advantages whatsoever.

I've never met a female body builder, so I'm not sure how I'd feel. Then again, at 5'11", 235lbs, I'm not exactly a small or thin guy.  ;D

I think when meeting an athlete or person you idolize, the experience can temporarily  make anyone feel small. However I'm sure the negative  feelings can quickly dissipate if your idol is open enough to sense your insecurities and help you feel relaxed.

I've met a bunch of them and found most to be very non intimidating. I met them at the wse, gyms, and the NYMC. That is a different enviorment. I'm fairly big though. Mikayla is my height was taller in her heels. Not intimidating though. She was hanging out with Robin Coleman outside. The weird thing is that in the genral public people will stare at them alot if you are talking to them.

I had an interesting experience one time taking the tickets at the NYMC. There were 2 theatres and one was for the fbbs to freelance and do their thing and the other was for some weird play. The guy for the weird play had not gotten there and so I was getting his peopel and had to let them know I was only taking money for the NYMC event. A few of them wondered what my interest was when they saw the girls and had other funny questions. The crowd we got had all types, but I would say on average the guys were thinner than normal and smaller. Plenty of exceptions though. The girls are mostly nice. It is like anything else…people are different. Some are more outgoing than others. They are people.
