99% sure it is Frederica Belli – here is another video (she has changed her hair colour a coule of times, so don't let that fool ya)

I'd say that there are 3 or 4 models. Frederica Belli( http://www.federicabelli.com/ )is one of them for sure, but I think that Cristina Casoni is another one.
