Domino was part of a top-secret government program intended to develop the perfect weapon.
She was just on an episode of Wolverine and the X-men on TV a few weeks back.
A lean mean fighting machine, she does not need her guns to get her out of every situation. As seen here, where she uses Snakeskin's own chains to choke him like has never been before. She is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face even as she chokes the life out of them.
