Annoying to work with people who doesn’t take care of their responsibilities.

I have one question and suggestion considering about site material: I’ve wondered many times, why won’t people upload much videos of their lifting? And many times when they do so, it’s only warming up with sissy weights. I think those would be nice variety for video clips.

Not to say there’s something wrong with posing in webcam — just it would be nice to see fbb’s hitting their limits in the gym and other feats of strength. If I counted right, you do a 2×160 kg squat without a suit in your video which is quite impressive.

btw do you remember your record in shot put? Just asking because I’m quite close with the track&field athletics. 😛

If u ll look well in my site u ll see some with lifting too ,some even with big weight ..reason about not puting many vids with high weights are because they are too short ..u go at max ..will take few seconds ..another reason ..i like to do quality vids ..i don t like to do vids when i don t have someaone to register at high quality ..
About my record at shot put ..was around 15 m..when i was 16 🙂

Well that’s true that those would be short and yes I’ve noticed that you got some lifting clips too, for one that squat clip I already mentioned. Well maybe some compilation later? B) Just a proposition.

That is a very good result considering age if it was done with women 4 kilo shot.

I agree with the gentleman above and one what I’ve noticed many times that she has very big hands, thick wrists and forearms. Wonder what those measure…
