    To respond how did i achieve to have this body ..it s simple..work ,work and hard work again,a strict diet ,a new life style ..i could say 🙂

    Thank you for taking the time to talk to your fans like this. It actually doesn't happen that often, so it's extra special when it does! 😮

    So, when will we see you on stage again, do you think, and do you have any travel plans for the next year? Also, can you see any opportunities for yourself in the mainstream media in the future? Sorry for the barrage of questions, but, like I said, this doesn't happen that often. 🙂

    I ll compete for sure next year ,maybe in Germany ,in june..i m not sure,i ll tell u more after january:).Also ..just had a baby 2 months and half again,and now i m geting back in shape ,step by step ,so hopefully i ll be ready for next year to be on stage;)

    It just goes to show that the difference between a good BBer and a hugely impressive BBer is 90% persperation, and only 10% genetics.

    Oh, and congratulations on the new arrival – I imagine looking-after your baby must be easier than for the average new mum thanks to your strength?

    Thank s y all:)Yes,this was the reason about posting older pics and vids with me ..but what can i say is the fact i get back in shape again and i ll try to post a new pic with me ..if i know how to post:)if not i might need your help to post it:)
