    Just as side bar: In fiction writing / artwork you don’t see that used too often. Typically, the rake-thin to average build / in height transformation out of nothing into an uber-femuscular statuesque Amazon/Titaness is the motif, probably because it’s deemed as more dramatic to the reader/viewer. Although, the opposite might be more plausibly logical as a gimmick/mechanism, with the preexisting excess body mass / energy reserves to drawn upon for the process

    Mail that to Hollywood for the next time they need to choose actresses to “bulk up” for action roles…most of the transformations involve big women slimming down while building muscle (although yes, I’m aware there are exceptions).
