    I am actually impressed. They got a 6’+ bodybuilder who is actually Russian to play the part. Hopefully she has a decent amount of screen time, especially in her costume.

    I read somewhere that she is 6’3. Looking at her build initially I thought she did not have enough muscle, but the woman is 6’3. I am sure she is going to get a good pump in before each take. She is going to be an added treat in Kick Ass 2. I was already looking forward to it. And now with this woman, and the inspired casting of Jim Carrey in the movie. I think this movie may truly match up to its name.

    I’m super-stoked that Cory Everson was too frackin’old to play this part
    Ontop of the fact a real bodybuilder was hired to play this role
    Just wish they gave film version of Mother Russia blond dreadlocks
    Instead of trying to do stereotypical homage to Dolph Lundgren that Hollywood seems to do these days

    I agree. Bc even in the comic she does not have a buzz cut but rather dreads like you say. But regardless, I am happy that at least we get something of this nature on the big screen. Who knows, if she does well maybe this can pave the way for other opportunities for her and others. Well, we can at least hope.

    Hopefully my only complaint will be that she has that stupid Dolph Lundgren haircut
    Yes I know she always wears really short hair already but it’s more of that euro-look vs. 80s villian
