    david letterman did a scetch on the inventor of the internet and his bill of rights. most of it dealt with looking up female bodybuilders. it was meant to be a negative, funny thing but it does show some pics of female bodybuilders and we can at least appreciate that. i don’t have any idea how long the link will work. someone way smarter than me can maybe break it down and share a more permanent video. skip ahead to 10:20

    I’ve always suspected that Dave was a closet schmoe. Back in the early 90s they had a skit where
    an female olympic diver came on (I forget the premise), and she was pretty, tanned and muscular,
    with defined arms, big shoulders and ripped abs. Dave didn’t even try to conceal his excitement, making
    all kinds of crazy comments like “Wow! You must spend a lot of time in the gym!” and “Now Paul, there’s a young woman who can take care of herself!”
    And the above segment is also classic behaviour of a closet schmoe — trying to sneak in conversation about female bodybuilders and pretending to be appalled or confused by it but secretly excited about bringing up the topic and curious to see if anyone else shares your closeted feelings.

    Amendment 4: Freedom from Shame

    The shame of being chastise for studying female bodybuilders on a public library computer even though that’s perfectly legal.

    Is it weird that I could have done this because I had an art class in college and one of the topics was about the muscular body was considered art. The teacher even suggested to include bodybuilders (specifically female) in our research.

    I wouldn’t mind seeing this lil skit because of the FBB pics…
    but Dave has always been a dick&kinda glad he’s retiring
