Female bodybuilding hotspots

    What cities would you say have large population of female bodybuilders? Where would you say the Mecca of female bodybuilding is?

    On the amateur level scale, I’d have to tag Ottawa, IL as one – its ground zero of the largest novice competition in the entire United States. If I recall correctly, with 9 to 12 states participating in it.

    Strange I’ve never even heard of Ottawa. Probably because it’s only novice bodybuilders and not pro-bodybuilders.

    I know Ms. Olympia is held in Las Vegas, but what city do they hold Ms. International in?

    That’s held w/ the Arnold Classic / Expo Show, which is takes place in Columbus, OH

    Judging from many of the video clips you see nowdays, any city that has a number of parking garages
    is a good hotspot to meet female bodybuilders!

    Also city-wide garage sales, Amazons are always looking for a bargain. 😉

    That & Wal-Mart, recently had one directly in front of me @ the ck-out lane. :blink:

    Venice Beach in CA is known as being “Muscle Beach” with mostly men lifting all sorts of weights there and getting realllllly big. Not as many women there but those that do show up are BUILT!

    Yeah Los Angles and that whole area would seem like a great place for female bodybuilder because of the weather and beach allowing them to wear bikinis showing off dem muscles.
