Mine? Sort of. You just go to http://www.Infinitybound.net et and sign up. WoD RP's happen in Mean Streets, Alphabet City, and Incomplete Sin. The "official" setting for where mine takes place is the Rage Across New Orleans game:

Its a streaming html based setting. Most of my RP is single person, but sometimes you get groups. People keep odd hours, most of them on eastern time. I do a lot of RP through invites on AIM or ICQ. People ask, and we hop in one of the rooms on IB.

Played a little of the html chat forums and a whisper of the java chats but was intimidated by all the drama.
Same here. Drama choked me out. Of course, the fact I was more interested in the underutilized Prometheans than the played-by-everyone-and-his-grandma Garou and Kindred probably didn't help much. (Mage? Forget it. I got totally lost in all those rules for casting and paradox – way too complex)
Too bad, too. So much for my ideas of making a Frankenstein-lineage character, focusing on the Ferrum refinement and the Corporeum and Vitality traits to build up her strength, in the belief that she can prove herself a hero, and thus provide her a means to escape the Disquiet…

I have a group that plays changeling and thr GM said that he is eventually going to allow a mage and a Prometheans . and every has agreed that I got dibs on the Prometheans. Suh WEEET! I'm gonna get to play Franken Girl eventually.

Grats. Since I'm not gonna get the chance, it seems, feel free to use my idea as inspiration. At least with a fellow FMG lover, I can rest assured she'll end up a bold buff babe, even if she IS held together with staples and piano-wire.

Um… with "drama" you mean "roleplay" or "they are all a bunch of emos"? If it's the first, I disagree, because that's why I like about RPGs ^_^ If it's the latter, then I kind of agree. But that's why the "golden rule" was created. GMs have the power to change anything they don't like. Too emo? Lower the emo-volume if needed. Problem solved ^_^
I agree I am not interested in Vampires nor Werewolves, dunno if it's for the same reasons, though. But I disagree about mage. Well, I haven't read the new book properly (I got the book last week), but if it's any similar to the old one the rules, after you have started playing, are very simple. Be subtle and you'll have low paradox. And the casting rules aren't difficult, they just require a little imagination -again, I am used to the old mage system, I don't know the new one yet- O_o (I felt the urge to "defend" it because it's my fav. WoD game ^_^ Followed by Changeling).
In any case I haven't played Promethean yet. It's the one about constructs?
Oh, and by the way, people, try Scion if you have the change. You can play as the spawn of a deity there. And you can, eventually, become a god(dess) ^_^ I made my first character in that game a couple days ago, she's one daughter of Odin and I would want her to become the new nordic deity of strenght ^_^
