Don't know much about Jana, I've seen pictures and video of her from years ago, and she doesn't look much different imo.  As to Colette, I still find her very cute facially, despite her product usage.  She just makes it work very well.

Hmmm, the drug use isn't to blame, at least on the surface appearance.  That's a result of extreme conditioning from the highly restrictive pre-contest diet, which causes an unnaturally low level of bodyfat, and what's been come to be called the skeleton-face effect.  That, and restricting the intake of water, plus the use of diuretics.

Kinda paradoxically, that, when you think about it given the setting of the photo-op.

That’s not to say that the use of drugs, over the long haul, aren’t damaging, they are, especially internally.
