    Thanks all glad everyone lies it.  They take a while to do.  Its probably pretty close to old school animation… Excet the only way I have figured out how to do it in image ready is to draw everything @ once on different layers, then add and remove the desired layers as I add frames.  So you pretty much have to plan it all and draw it before you start.
