I found this on another forum. Searched Amaz0ns and didn't find it, although it dates back to April 2008. So don't tell me gymnasts and their body weight exercises don't make them very strong and fit! ;D

That is so cool! 8) It reminds me of Mistress Krista's advice on weight training without weights – using one's own bodyweight as resistance. Also, whereas an FBBer goes for the obvious muscles, those gymnasts must have phenominal core strength. 😮 8)
That just goes to show you that being stronger doesn't always make you comparetively that strongest person around. I'm actally ore impressed by a woman who weighs 120 and can bench 255 ( And yes I've met one and she wasn't all superjuiced ) than I am with a guy who weighs 300+ who can bench 400+. Its almost expected of the huge muscle guy but a little muscle girl moving that kind of weight around is awe inspiring.
As much as I love gymnastics (hey, I even bought some rings off Coach Sommers), that test looked more than a little setup in favor of the gymnasts. (seriously, who can hold a handstand the longest?) I bet the football players would win if they included events like "run through a solid brick wall" or "tear someone's limbs off" 🙂
