KeymasterGoing to the gym all day . . . a metaphor.
A two to three hours long session is more than enough to get in all that’s required.
And you’d better allow a reasonable period of rest to rebound afterwards, otherwise you’re just defeating the purpose.

ParticipantTrue. I only train for half an hour, but almost every day, but then, I’m not aiming to get to big, my problem is more loosing weight than adding it. But thanks for the heads up, Alex…
And thanks for the funny vids, Ashlee… I have heard about planet fitness before… Funny thing… a gym that doesn’t want you to build muscle…
later…

NP – whatever works best for you and whatever your goals might be. Physical culture has a wide range of adherents. B)
Ironically – the training is perhaps the easier part of the equation.
Diet is far harder – you have to go with the flow on a day to day basis. It’s all about choices.
One of the big things to keep to is cutting out all of the junk foods – over time you start to eat cleaner and (mostly) don’t miss the chips and other snacks. The other is to avoid fast foods – they’re just loaded down in all of the wrong ways.

Yeah – the PF franchise has a long-running negative reputation concerning bodybuilder types.
As I recall, there was thread on that topic several yrs back over @ the RX Muscle forums.

ParticipantCute animation but that female narrator really butchered those words. Obviously English is not her first language, but I don’t see why they didn’t get a narrator that spoke the language fluently.

Participantcute animation, But I think she was waxing over Steroid Use. I Know that taking supplements of Dubious manufacture or incorrect amounts lead to physical complications,The problems she was relating were more on the mark Of Steroid Abuse. she describing her early mind set which is a precursor for the abuse of the drug. The fact she meet someone nice enough to “procure these supplements” is a red light that narrator was waxing over some of her story.
